Although the Lynwood Jail primarily functions as an all women's jail, arrestees from the Century Station and Compton may be temporarily housed there. Children who are over 14 must have acceptable forms of ID.

Only visitors with a valid ID will be allowed to visit inmates at the Jail. Officers at the Jail may deny visitation rights to anyone for any number of reasons.
